Terms of purchase
Last updated 2026-07-18
These terms of purchase (the “Terms”) set out the rights, obligations, and liability between the person buying goods on shop.sweetnet.lt (the “Buyer”) and Sweetnet (the “Seller”). By placing an order, the Buyer confirms they have read and agree to these Terms.
1. The Seller
Goods on shop.sweetnet.lt are sold by Audrius Grigaitis (Sweetnet), operating under individual activity certificate No. 1301719, issued by the State Tax Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania. Registered address Vynmedžių g. 9, Klaipėda, LT-94353. The Seller can be reached at support@sweetnet.lt or by phone at +370 641 00340.
The Seller is not registered for value-added tax (VAT), so listed prices do not include VAT.
2. Formation of the contract
A purchase contract between the Buyer and the Seller is formed once the Buyer places an order on the website, provides delivery and contact details, and successfully completes payment or another payment method offered on the site.
Each order and its contents are stored in the Seller's database.
3. Prices and payment
All prices shown on the website are final, in euros. The unit price may depend on the quantity ordered — the final total is calculated and shown before the order is confirmed.
Payment can be made via Paysera (bank transfer through a chosen Lithuanian or foreign bank) or by card via Stripe. Funds are only charged once payment completes successfully.
Where applicable, the delivery cost for the chosen delivery method is calculated and shown at checkout, before the order is confirmed.
4. Delivery
Goods are shipped via DPD courier or the DPD parcel-locker network across Lithuania; free pickup or delivery within Klaipėda is also offered.
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days from order confirmation, subject to stock availability. The Seller will notify the Buyer by email or phone of any expected delay.
The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Losses or extra delivery costs arising from incorrect details are borne by the Buyer.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under the Lithuanian Civil Code, a Buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods (or the last item of the order), without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, the Buyer notifies the Seller at support@sweetnet.lt, stating the order number and clearly declaring their decision to withdraw.
Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging. Unless stated otherwise here or agreed separately, return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
Further conditions and the process for refunds are described on the Money-back guarantee page.
6. Quality guarantee and claims
The Seller is responsible for the quality of goods sold, as required by law. If goods arrive damaged, are damaged in transit, or do not match the order, the Buyer should notify the Seller by email within 7 days of receipt, including photos of the defect or mismatch.
On a valid claim, the Seller will, at its discretion, replace the item, repair it, or refund the amount paid.
7. Liability
The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the details provided when ordering.
The Seller is not responsible for product photos on the website differing in colour, shape, or other detail from the real product due to the characteristics of the Buyer's display.
The Seller is released from liability where losses arise because the Buyer, despite having the opportunity, did not read these Terms and disregarded the Seller's recommendations and their own obligations.
8. Dispute resolution
Any disagreements arising from these Terms are first resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes are settled under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
A consumer Buyer may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, email tarnyba@vvtat.lt, www.vvtat.lt) or use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Final provisions
The Seller may amend these Terms. Changes take effect once published on the website and apply to orders placed after publication.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
