At checkout: full name, email address, phone number, delivery address (street, city, postal code) or a chosen DPD parcel locker.

When you create an account: email address and password (stored encrypted), and your order history.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, and visit statistics, collected via cookies (see section 6).

Payment details are handled by our payment providers, Paysera and Stripe, not by the Seller directly — we do not see or store your card or bank account details.

To fulfil your order, process payment, and arrange delivery — on the basis of performing our contract with you.

To keep accounting records — on the basis of complying with a legal obligation.

To create and administer your account and show your order history — on the basis of performing the contract and your consent.

To provide customer support and handle claims — on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing good service.

To analyse and improve the website — on the basis of legitimate interest or, where required, your consent.

Data necessary to fulfil your order is shared with: our delivery partner, DPD; our payment providers, Paysera and Stripe; and our infrastructure and hosting providers, Supabase (database) and Vercel (hosting).

These partners only process data to the extent needed for the service they provide, and are themselves required to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

Order-related data (including accounting records) is kept for the period required by law, typically up to 10 years from the date the document was created.

Account data is kept while your account is active; once deleted or upon your request, it is removed unless the law requires a longer retention period.

The website uses strictly necessary cookies, without which it could not function properly (e.g. login session, language preference, cart data) — these do not require your consent.

Your language choice (Lithuanian / English) is stored in your browser's local storage so the site opens in your preferred language on your next visit.

If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will ask for your separate consent via a notice on the website first.

You can manage and delete cookies in your browser settings — this may affect some site features.

You have the right to: access your data; request correction; request erasure (“the right to be forgotten”); restrict processing; object to processing; and receive your data in a structured format (data portability).

You can exercise these rights by emailing support@sweetnet.lt. We will respond within 30 days.

If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (L. Sapiegos g. 17, 10312 Vilnius, ada@ada.lt, www.ada.lt).

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (encrypted connections, access restrictions, password encryption) to protect your data from loss, unauthorised access, or disclosure.

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, along with the date it was last updated.
